VISION is our long term goal
the aim that we want to achieve in general

MISSION is how we are going to reach the vision
steps taken in order to accomplish our vision

things to do before we set our objectives to achieve our vision

- make a SWOT analysis (analyse our own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats)

- based on SWOT analysis, set our objectives/goals

- the objectives should be made based on SMART
-from the objectives, comes with action plans.
-with action plans, it's time to hit the ground running

- relevant

- time-bound
